We understand the importance of this celebration and will deliver a stress-free entertainment experience that you and your guests will never forget. From intimate local weddings to club inspired parties, our boutique approach makes sure no detail is overlooked and this is the best party of your life.
6 easy steps
The Vinyl Countdown Wedding Process
- Check your special date on our availability calendar and then contact us by phone, email, DM or the contact us form on this site to set up your consultation.
- Meet with us in person, on the phone or virtually using FaceTime. If you feel we’re a good fit, request a proposal.
- Your date is on hold for two weeks after you meet with us. If you decide you’d like to move forward, we’ll send you a contract that secures your date and our services.
- Now the fun begins. We start talking about music. During this phase and beyond, we’re always just a call or e-mail away to answer any questions. We’d also like to meet your planner to learn more about the timeline for your wedding and visit your venue to make sure we are familiar with the location.
- A final check in session. This usually takes place, about 2-3 before your wedding. We review your timeline and music.
- Your special day arrives. Vinyl Countdown is ready. It’s time for you to celebrate.
