Chemistry and collaboration

At Vinyl Countdown chemistry and collaboration are incredibly important to us. As such, we like to meet potential clients, in person or virtually, to ensure we’re the right fit for your needs. Don’t panic! It’s an informal get-to-know you chat. You tell us more about your vision for your event and we talk about music. You get to meet us and ask questions and vice versa. At the end of the meeting, if you decide that we’re a good fit and want a proposal from us, we send you one for consideration. We’re also accommodating, so if there are details you haven’t ironed out when we meet, you can adjust the scope of our services as your plans become more concrete. Everything we do is designed around you and your specific needs.

We come prepared and with a backup plan for our backup plan. We dress appropriately and with a certain style. We respect your guests and your other vendors. We clean up after ourselves. We rock the party.
